From the initial request for an estimate to the shutting of my new front door this company provided a professional, friendly and supportive service. Their staff are courteous. The estimator was friendly and helpful taking time to ensure that I understood the whole process and providing advice when asked. The guys who did the packing and loading worked quickly and carefully to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. The transporting and unloading were very efficient and I was in my new house and up and running fairly quickly. The cost was exceptionally competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; in fact my brother will be using the company later this year based on my excellent experience. If moving is one of the most stressful experiences then Relocate Removals will take that stress away.

Excellent from start to finish. The pre move survey was well done with lots of explanation and advice about the move day. Packaging delivered when requested, more than enough for our requirement. The actual move day went without a single problem, 4 bedroom full house move completed well within the allotted time and no damage to any of the goods moved. Move team worked hard and more importantly in good spirit.

On one of the most stressful days of your life, you need things to go as smooth as possible, even weeks leading up to the day can be difficult. We spoke to a few companies within our local area (Enfield). We were very unimpressed, with everything from attitude, price, negotiation, views on amount of vehicles.
On the off chance, we came in contact with Relocate Removals, we thought it would be the same process again. However, we were presently surprised, from the initial booking, pleasant manner of their account manager, specifically saying, 'we'll email a quotation, which we'll be happy to discuss'. After negotiating and booking, we received some complementary (good quality) boxes & tape, which all help.
On the day itself, we had an excellent manager with a very hardworking, quick, understanding and pleasant team. We moved from a five bedroom house to another five bedroom house, so there were a lot of items. Both with loading and unloading, we encountered no issues and very importantly they helped to deliver our extremely heavy marble table top, which they also helped to place to in our new home. Relocate Removals helped to de-stress the situation and make a difficult process easy.

What should have been a stressful day was made stress free, We opted for the packing service, this helped us so much and would recommend if you are short on time or patience. Their WHOLE team (office to removal guys) have been very professional, on moving day they arrived on time and just got on with it, I did not hear any fuss or groans, our 4 Bed house was all packed up into their truck in a matter of hours. when they arrived at our new property access was very limited and they had to carry things that bit further with NO fuss. I would not hesitate in recommending their services. Thanks for making this a stress free day. we would certainly use you again. Great value for money !

Relocate Removals recently moved my family from Basildon, Essex to Norfolk.
Four guys turned up the previous day to pack up most of our home, completing the packing and moving the following day. They were extremely courteous, polite and very professional in all that they did and we went out and left them to it. Everything was carefully and safely packed ready for transportation and nothing was broken. Two vans were used and six guys unloaded everything and put it exactly where we requested. They were so helpful that should we ever move again, we would not hesitate in using or recommending them again.
Special thanks to Michael, the team leader, and to the rest of the team, they made the whole experience so worthwhile.

For me this was the best company to go with for price and for customer friendly service. The Staff at Relocate were very helpful and answered my questions on the spot or contacted me back within minutes. The office Manager Bill was extremely helpful and always reassured me when I was going through a rough time when at one point the move was going to happen on the date that was agreed. Couldn't ask for a better service - our survey by Rob was really thorough and he gave us some great advice (and lots of boxes!). The guys on the day worked tirelessly and really efficiently, the foreman Michael had everything in hand and they took the lack of parking at our new address in their stride and we were all in and done by 5pm! We had loads of garden equipment and big heavy pots but nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend these guys.

I called this company at short notice (about a week before my move) bill came round to give me a quote. He put me at ease with regards to everything being done. Dropped of boxes and paper for wrapping a day later as I wanted to pack.
On moving day the guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. (Tea and bacon rolls went down a treat) All packed in the van in about 2 hours. A drive to my new place unpacked and furniture set up in all rooms. All done in about 5 hours. Bill came to my old home on moving day to check all was ok. Couldn't ask for a better service

Brilliant service from the chaps that carried out our house move over two days. They were cheerful, worked efficiently and extremely hard. They never complained even when the larger truck could not get up the driveway of the new house. They had to shift furniture from the large truck to the small truck and ferry it up and down a long driveway. We moved just before Christmas and the lads made it stress free. I would recommend them without hesitation . They disassembled and reassembled very expensive sofa suites without the manuals and put everything back together impeccably. They deserved the tip for Christmas drinks... well done and thank you !!!

I could not be more impressed with the way Bill and his various teams have worked to move us from Ilford to Suffolk.
The ladies on the telephone were always positve and willing to answer any questions that I had.
The move itself was over two days and the two teams of men involved were brilliant. They were continually laughing and bantering with each other, so the work came over as easy, although we could see how hard they were working. This was the second time we had used Relocate Removals and once again, we were very pleased with the service. The whole team really did take all the stress out of our move.
The whole process was very easy, starting from my initial phone call, right through to moving in. All the ladies i spoke to in the office were also very helpful and friendly.
We used the packing service and it was worth every penny. Two guys arrived the day before the move to do most of the packing and a team of four arrived on moving day. They were all extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

My house move was an emotional and exhausting time, but the moving day itself went amazingly well. The team turned up on time, were really friendly and cracked on with the job in hand while my son and I went off for some breakfast. They took great care with my belongings and absolutely nothing got damaged in the move. Even though we had to wait for 3 hours in the boiling sun for the keys of the my new house to released, the team didn't complain and kept my spirits up.
I would highly recommend Relocate Removals for their outstanding service and extremely reasonable cost. If I ever move again, I will definitely use this company again.

Very amazing and stress free experience with Relocate Removals. I was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. They dealt with my last minute request so well - The removal guys were very quick, thorough, proffessional, careful, friendly (with the added bonus of banter!) and patient while we waited for our house keys.The office staff kept me informed of the process so the communication was excellent, Tracey (and another lady too - i cant remember her name, I think it was Brenda) was so efficient as well as Rob who came on a Friday night to do the survey at such short notice.
All this at an affordable price too.

Great experience using Relocate Removals to move house. There were five guys who turned up to move our stuff, they were freindly, efficient and worked hard all day (just needing the occassional tea or coffee to keep them going!).
A film was put down to protect stairs, carpets, etc, and nothing was damaged in transit.
Would definately recommended for home removals and can't thank them enough for their hard work and helping to take the stress out of the day.

A very friendly Company , from getting a free quote to the shutting of my new door as they left .
3 men turned up on time looked around our home to see what needed to be loaded on the lorry . They started the loading was careful with our goods wrapping fragile items covering mattress’s. Loaded the lorry with care once done they’ve carried onto our new home and sat and waited til we got the keys for our new property.
They placed covering on the floors then unloaded the lorry as careful as they did loading it.
Very polite hard working men.

Fantastic service from the home visit to quote an accurate price through to the boys that arrived on time and worked flat out loading and unloading. The guys couldn’t have been better and the sixth floor relocation wasn’t a problem at all. I nearly went with a cheaper quote but the reviews for RR swayed it for me. I now see why!

Today I couldn’t thank Relocate Removals enough, from the Management/Owner down to the Team members, they went above and beyond to help me with my unusual enquiry.
I had arranged for the company SHIFT to help me move a sofa I bought for 12pm today and unfortunately it reached 12:30 and no site of SHIFT, just opposite from where I bought the sofa I found the Relocate Removals office. I had knocked on the office door not knowing who was going to answer but I spoke to the Owner I’m guessing and within 2 minutes he had called his amazing team to see if they were near by and within 10 minutes of this he had a team of 3 come with a van and picked up my sofa and not only dropped it to my doorstep but carried the sofa up a flight of stairs and all the way into my living where it was meant to go.
I asked for a small helping hand and they gave the biggest helping hand you could get, they not only matched the price that SHIFT was going to charge me but actually beat the price by a whole £10.
The service was impeccable I had a sofa picked up and dropped off within the space of 20 minutes and the team it self are very empathetic towards they’re customers and if you are in need of any removals or moving this is the place to go to.
Thank you again Bill and The Team I couldn’t thank you enough as to how much you helped me and I hope you enjoy the pint!

Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. Great quote, cheaper than several given. Largest vehicle we were offered, fully equipped with blankets etc and side opening not rear (much easier to load unload) friendly and very hard working professional staff. Knowledgable and helpful. Moved everything with speed, ease and we trusted them throughout. Even set out my four year olds favourite puzzle on the door step of our new house, so when we arrived at our new home having collected keys it was the first item that was put in the new house. Made such a difference to our son. Highly recommend!

This company is the definition of excellent customer service and professionalism.
I used Relocate Removals for my move from a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor (no lift) in Dagenham to a 2 bedroom house in Clacton-on-sea.
From the initial contact with Bill for the quote to the chaps who moved me, I couldn't have asked for a better service. I had a few issues with my completion date moving but I found be honest and upfront, Bill, Tracey, Barbara and Kim were happy to help me adjust as needed. They delivered boxes and packing materials up front, kept in touch. Superb!
As for the 4 people who turned up on the day, they were amazing. They turned up earlier than estimated and got to work straight away. They were friendly, respectful, hard working, engaging and very careful with my stuff. Watching/listening (and even joining in on occasion) to the laughs and the banter between them as they worked was a joy to see. They even moved a bulky wardrobe with no complaints or hassle. All of it down 2 flights of stairs. They just set to it, never a grumble (that I heard anyway 😉).
The day I had been stressing over for several weeks was dealt with by Relocate flawlessly and I was in my new house by lunchtime in awe of the effort put in.
First time using a removable company and I lucked out by choosing Relocate Removals.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and colleagues and people walking past who didn't even ask...lol.

I would definitely recommend them. The team were very polite, efficient, clean and tidy. During these strange times with the covid restrictions the team followed all the safety guidelines to ensure that myself and my family felt safe. 10/10.
They respected us as customers, calling us all by our names (a nice personal touch) lots of 'please' and 'thank yous'. Nothing was too much trouble, if we asked for a piece of furniture or boxes to be moved elsewhere whilst making our mind up on the layout of our new home.

After being in my home for 38 years, we decided to move. I googled many companies before I decided who to go with. I rang relocate and from the very start the girls in reception who handled my calls were extremely polite. Rob the estimator who came around was a barrel of laughs from start to finish and that is what made me go with relocate. I rang and went ahead with the service spoke to Bill and set the ball rolling for my move date. On the day of the move the van arrived nice and early. The main man explained where and how they would start. Some of my things were not packed and they packed them for me. The four guys that came were fantastic and ever so polite, Please and thank you all the way. At some point another man had come down and I didn't know who it was. I later found out that this was Bill. I was a little disappointed that he hadn't introduce himself. Never mind. The four removal men worked very hard loading 38 years worth of stuff on to the lorry with great speed and were ever so careful. Every boxes were put wherever they were labelled to be put. No items were damaged in the move. No items were missing. The four guys worked like trojans. My move from start to finish was fantastic. The price was excellent. All staff were amazing and I would hundred percent recommend relocate removal to all my friends and family without a doubt. Thank you so much relocate for taking the stress out of my move.

An absolute first class service provided by this Firm, at a very reasonable price. From the visit by the Rep, the staff in the office, to the crew on the day, all were highly professional, down to earth, responsive and pleasant to do business with. Packing boxes were delivered as soon as I’d accepted the quote, and again very swiftly after I requested some more. The Removal Team were highly efficient and perfectly handled the disassembling/ reassembling of the larger items of furniture so that problems just did not arise. Far and away the best Removals Firm I have used. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We used Relocate Removals for our house move in June, they came recommended to us and we were extremely glad that they were. The 2 gentlemen that came and did our move were professional and polite. RR were able to accommodate my request for a move at very short notice, despite it being enormously busy time for moves.
My property also has very constrained access but the team arrived exactly on schedule and blasted through the removals in rapid time. They managed to move me out and into my new property in 4 hours. Sensational.
The team were very friendly, good humoured throughout and thoroughly professional at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removals firm.
